Early on it was Cricket, but he's been overused (in my opinon). Uncle Jack is probably my favorite reoccuring character at this point.
My favorite one-off character was Country Mac.
I think hes underused. I love how he pops up every once in awhile looking ever more deformed and gnarly than the last time we saw him.
