Why do you dislike The Dark Knight?

This movie seems to be really divisive. I just read these 2 counteracting viewpoints and I tend to agree with the defence side. I love this movie.

What are some of the main issues with it for you guys who dislike it?

It doesn't hold my interest and I disliked the ending since it was an out of character thing for Batman to do.
