Russell is great but Tom (Thanks to William Fichtner) is the best. Really miss that show. I'm sad again :(

Ok now, are we comparing the men themselves or their characters? Tom was a very strong and Interesting character but when I look at William, all I see is a Face that belongs on or has been on the Simpsons. Now Eddie on the other hand, is just so hot to begin with. and Russel was a very believable man/husband who happened to ooze sex and masculinity also.

In terms of characters: Russell was the most likeable of the two and the overall "good guy", however Tom was much more complex, creepy, mysterious and intriguing.
In terms of looks: I found Tom to be handsome and sexy, but Russell was attractive and hot as well. They are completely different, so it's really just a matter of taste.
So, considering how well the character was written, and being a total William Fichtner fangirl, I choose Tom.
