From what I've heard puberty starts a bit later for guys, usually when they're 13-15 years of age.

I'm sure some have hit puberty earlier than that. I'm guessing he hit it early and was able to make sperm.
shareIt is possible. There's a thing called Precocious Puberty. It's rare but can happen. They have been known cases of boys and girls going through puberty before they are 10.
