What would you do if you were trapped in the room?
Would you go nuts or give into their express checkout by committing suicide?
BQ: How long would you last?

shareI'd use the knife to take out the bolts in the door hinges which are clearly visible on the inside and the door opens.
Were you listening to the Coob's story?
I'd probably sob and scream like a bitch for a while, then throw myself around, trying to rip the walls apart until I collapse from exhaustion. Then I'd curl up and die.
"The real world is for people who can't imagine anything better."
If the room isn't doing much and I'm repeating the hour on end, I'm sure I could wait it out for a good long time and continue to fight the good fight (assuming I can actually get food from room service, like the guy with the chicken soup... and not starve to death).
But if the room was haunting me a whole lot with random scares here and there, I would have quite a bit of trouble living with that.
The problem is, it seems like the souls it has claimed haven't ever really escaped either, so killing yourself doesn't really solve anything as well.

Focus on that *beep* door! Nothing else would have my attention except breaking through that door. Scream for any neighbours that might hear, so they can come break door down, since we know next doors baby was heard. So being vocal helps. Slowly unbolt the door, and just slowly loose my mind as is inevitable in such a situation. What a terrifying thought!
shareHe got out of the room through the ventilation shaft and was still in some alternate reality. I assume if he somehow opened the door he'd still be in the room's 'world'.
shareWhat would happen is the same thing that happened to the window. After Ensilin tried to escape, it locked itself up by becoming a brick wall. If he did try to leave the room (after the timer started), he may have made it out the first time but found no escape from the hallway. After he returned to the room, the doorway would have become a brick wall.
shareI would stay in the room forever. Its protection from your true enemy. Time. You could use it to live forever. I would manipulate the room to give me everything needed. I would figure out how to extend its power to the hotel then entire city and spread like a virus engulfing the world.
shareDrink all the liquor until I blacked out. That Evil room would have to deal with my passed out self.
