the one in French Connection by a slight margin,, my top 3 are French Connection,, To Live and Die in LA, Bullit, and Ronin

The car cash in Captain America: The Winter Soldier with Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson) is pretty awesome.

Fast Five was amazing! This is the only clip I could find on YouTube which contained the entire chase. Although the resolution is low, and recorded with a handheld camera, it doesn't take away from the awesomeness of the climatic chase.
