Crying...
I'm a grown man of 30 and the ending made me cry!
Anyone else share a similar experience?

I'm in my mid 30's and it made me tear up quite a bit.
It was a beautiful and balanced ending. Andy got to play with his toys one last time, and they got to be passed on to someone who would love them as much as he did. I never imagined they could find a more perfect ending.
All glory to the Hypnotoad
I bought Toy Story 3 on DVD to show to a friend who had never seen any of the previous movies and SHE cried! So did my dad when he watched it as well.
I'm not usually one to cry at movies, but growing up with Woody, Buzz, and the gang and then seeing them "leave" was VERY heartbreaking!
I was able to hold my tears back during the scene where they held hands even though you gotta admit that this scene is so epic and intense that it was really hard to hold em back...but at the end I cried like a baby first when he gives all of the toys away and tells the little girl their backstories and stuff but then when Andy gets into the car and looks back and says like "thanks for everything" and Woody is like "So long partner" I totally lost it...even thinking about it now makes me cry...but I think this scene is made for adults because we realize how fast life is going and how soon it can be over and stuff
share52, female, cried like a baby!!
shareMy boyfriend and I (both now in our 20s) loved the Toy Story movies when we were younger. We saw this opening weekend in 3D and I remember we cried so hard! I cried when the toys held hands in the incinerator, and then at the end where they say goodbye to Andy. I also started tearing up when Andy and his mom walked into his empty room. I don't have kids, but I can totally imagine how that must feel.
This was such a great movie. You were sad that Andy gave away his toys, but he loved them enough to give them to someone he trusted to play with them and love them as much as he did. And that's better than sitting in his attic.
I sometimes don't read the bottom of posts because I think it's a signature.
It always get a tear from my eye every time I see it. One of the few movies worth buying.
shareit was touching but no tears were shed that day
Fav Movies- Prestige, Inception, Phone Booth, 12 angry men
I came close a couple of times, but I managed to hold it in. Upon re-watching the DVD recently though, I did swear out loud and give the TV the finger when Lotso didn't turn off the furnace conveyor belt. Prick.
Thunder. Thunder! THUNDER! THUNDERCATS! HOOOOOO!
