Everytime he says it, I crack up.

It’s not a line, but one of the funniest things in this movie for me was while they were running the credits and fat ‘Chris’ was lip synching to All-4-One’s I Swear.
Because really, who hasn’t lip synched a song in front of a mirror when they thought there was nobody else around?

"When Jamie smi--...When Jamie smiles...GOD DAMMIT!!! cmon Dusty!"

Seriously, EVERY scene in the movie is hilarious, and full of great one liners. Here are some of my favorites, in no particular order:
