He may be innocent of the crimes she accuses him of, but he is definitely guilty of speaking sexually to an underage girl, going to meet her, bringing her to his home, and then supplying her with alcohol. The audience doesn't know what would have happened had she not had plans for him...

It was a ruse. She numbed his testicles then showed him a medical procedure on video. This was clearly shown in the film.
