Here are my favorite Korean films so far:

The Way Home
Oldboy
Memories of Murder
Save the Green Planet
Spring, Summer, Fall, Winter... and Spring

DAISY (2006) could be a good film you shouldn't miss.

Although the Director is Chinese (Wai-keung Lau, as director of the famous Infernal Affairs which later remade to The Departed), but main actors&actress are Korean.

IMBD does not have much info on this film, but i can assure you its beauty plot as well as acting and camera work.

"Mr. Vengance"

I really liked "3-Iron" as well as his other films "Samaritan Girl" and "Spring, Summer, Autumn, Winter... and Spring"
