I'm not a big fan of his, but can tolorate him. However, I hate his character in this movie. I think it's completely unnecessary and stinks up the scenes he's in.
shareI never thought much of Farrell until I saw his performance in "Wedding Crashers." Farrell's performance was the icing on the "wedding" cake. Funeral crashing took the movie to whole new comically insane level.
I am still waiting for the sequel, "Funeral Crashers."

Farrell was the best part of the movie.

shareAre you kidding?, just when the movie was starting to drag the bring will Farrell in at the right time. The entire scene at chaz's house was gold, and yes he's a dick at the funeral but it's kind of funny. So no, one of his better roles if you ask me.

I wish they picked a better actor than Will Farrell. He's annoying!

Until this movie, I absolutely hated Ferrell. But then I saw him here, and I figured him out. He can't carry a movie, but he can do well playing off of others. I've subsequently liked Step Brothers and The Other Guys.

Agreed. I hated him in this. Tainted my opinion of him for a while afterwards. Until I saw "Stranger than Fiction".
