My gut says no, an attractive woman but not hot.

In terms of wether Hilary Swank is hot or not, my answer is that Pam looks like a bloated rooster with owl eyes:

I would *beep* Hilary Swank in Boys Don't Cry. Provided she hadn't gotten a sex change, I haven't watched that movie in years so I don't remember. What I do know is that I like girls with short hair for some reason, I don't find her A-Lister "Hot" (like Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, Jennifer Anniston, etc) but I really enjoy the vulnerability and fear she shows in that movie along with the false attempt at acting confident when you know deep down she's not. I like that submissiveness, covered over a slate of false confidence and slight trembling in a woman. If it were up to me, in that movie I'd bust a round in her head, but not with a real gun like they did in that movie. I cried after that scene because she was so adorable trying to pretend to be a man even though there was absolutely nothing manly about her. Great performance and if she took me to that set while she was filming I would have *beep* her in character and constantly referred to her in the female pronoun which I know is a big no-no to transgenders but I don't give a *beep*, she's vulnerable in that situation so what's she gonna do? Certainly can't overpower me.

So to answer your question, kinda but not really at all. It's the personality and the emotional damage that counts.
