Green Street is better???????

Green Street has a higher ratin then is??? Green street is football factory but not as real and wid the hollywood ending. US votes have spoiled this head to head of two very similar films. FF is miles and miles better the GS! Fact!

The Football Factory is better because of it's source material. A undercover journalist wrote the book I think. The characters were more charasmatic and deep. The acting was better. The fights were realistic. However it showed why they fight better than Green Street.

I say The Football Factory is better.

Wrong. Subjective opinions are feelings. How a movie makes you feel is one thing, but how it was made and presented isn't subjective opinion. It's FACT. It's fact that character development in FF is by far better. It's fact that it's believable and the story plays out better.

reply

Yeah Football factory is wat superior truly great movie.

GS isn't even close as good as FF.
GS is a fairy-tale, it's pathetic and unrealistic.

Green Street is rated higher because women are allowed to vote... I mean serously... what the hell?

a bad wannabe drama directed by a woman has a higher rating than a real mansĀ“ movie

Green Street hollywood ending?

One of two main characters dies ffs. And the American guy wasn't exactly going to stick about was he? He was only really close to Charlie and was never a propa hardcoard hooligan, it wasn't really in his blood.

I preferred Green Street tbh, but both movies aren't up to much really.

reply

At least green street had actual football in it and characters that weren't total bellends (everyone apart from the old men in FF). However FF is much funnier and thus a bit more entertaining, hm.

This realism thing. A teacher being head of a firm. It's not that it's unrealistic in real life. It just doesn't sell in the movie. Most films aren't REALISTIC, but if they sell it in the movie that's fine. There were so many characters in GSH that weren't believable in the slightest. The two that stand out are the American (Elijah Wood) and Pete (Charlie Hunnam). Pete was awful. Hunnam always does those stupid elaborate sounding accents. He pissed me off enough in Undeclared with his annoying fake as *beep* poncie British accent. Even though he is a Geordie.

I enjoy both films are pure entertainment even though I as a big football fan realise that hooligans are tossers.

i don't know about what votes from what country give this a lower rating than the GSE movie but i found the GSE movie to be much better ... better story line, the cinematography was much much better, and while there were some dumb lines and such in GSE it still was better than this one for my money ... this one actually got very boring after a while ... about forty-five minutes in i almost turned it off ... but i forced myself to watch it all ... it didn't get any better ...

i'm not a big 'soccer' fan but neither of these films were about the sport really ...

take care,
