I thought it was one of the most boring movies I ever saw. It's supposed to be a comedy, but there was not one funny scene. I managed not to laugh once in the whole movie. And I'm not one of those people who think Peter Sellers is the only Clouseau. Steve Martin looks good as Clouseau, and I loved him in Planes , trains and automobiles. That's a movie I couldn't stop laughing. Don't know what went wrong with this one. It looked great, lovely cast, esp. Emily Mortimer.

My answer... big NO! I hated this movie! I managed to see a few minutes of this film when I was flicking through the channels on Sky and accidently pressed select on a film channel and this filmed appeared.. and even if I only saw 10 minutes of it, I hated this movie! Steve Martin isnt a bad actor but he's so crap in this film! After 10 minutes I switched the film off! Beyonce was the only best actor in this, and she has a lovely singing voice so I give this film 1/10!
