Anyone else like it better than the TV show?

The TV show had its moments, and I do wish it had more seasons, but the movie pretty much encapsulates everything good about it into 2 hours.

It was a condensed, slight re-imagining of the TV show. Some things didn't quite line up.

That's a tough comparison. Firefly had 14 great episodes, and Serenity is one great movie. If I could only pick one to watch, I may go with Serenity, since it provides an ending that the series doesn't have, but ultimately, I typically watch both as part of a marathon.
