In all seriousness, did Johnny hit her?
What the hell are Lisa ‘s motivations for making thisstory.?
Johnny acts like a guilty man as he tries desperately to convince everyone who will listen that he did not hit her. No one acts appalled or surprised that this accusation has been leveled at him.
He even seems to have to exert effort to convince himself that hasn’t brutalized the woman at some point.
Lisa feeds him a scotch- vodka (haha) in order to precipitate another beating. Why would she try this ploy if something similar hadn’t happened before?
The woman in the flower shop seems intimidated and nervous, and speaks rapidly in order to get him out of her shop. Has she seen him lose control before?
Johnny clearly has an uncontrollable temper mixed with in unhealthy sexual ideas, as we see him lash out and destroy his living room, and then make awkward love to her garments after discovering her infidelity.
