Movie set in 1938 speaks of "World War One."

This is why I never rewatched the movie. Such laziness ruined it for me.

You watch a movie that introduces an alternate-reality late-1930s with mind-blowing futuristic technology and a "Hindenburg III" that docks at the top of the Empire State Building, and 20-25 minutes in the mere phrase "World War One" RUINS THE MOVIE FOR YOU?

Why can't movies with flying robots focus on historical accuracy?

It fails to suspend my disbelief. You are supposed to enter the world of the movie. The movie is set in 1938. Hindenburg's there. It's an interwar period. I'm supposed to buy all that regardless of the robots. But I can't because they're lazy.

Thats one more movie you cant enjoy . I'll guess you'll have to write it off
