Will I like this if I hate Kristen Stewart?

I admit I didn't care much about the Twilight series but in this movie, she's good. VERY good. And no, I'm not some kind of pervert. I enjoyed her in Snow White and other films. Even if there was no nude scenes, I think she played the part very well.

I find her boring and untalented but I think she gave the spectator something in this movie. I like her a little bit less after seeing this movie.

She practically gets DPd by a couple of guys, but ends up banging only one of them a couple times. You can find the scene online. It's pretty steamy stuff. But her choice of films, with her always getting boned by weird boys or in weird positions, makes me curious as to whether she's like that in real life. Like, kinda freaky in bed. Not hard to imagine, if you watch the films. She's pretty good at putting out.

Other than that, I don't see anything else remotely interesting in the film. Just my opinion. Oh, and I"m not a KS hater. She's nothing exceptional, but she's not hard to look at either.

I was thinking that way, also. I actually gained some respect for her. She was pretty darn good in it - not her usual character, and she definitely rose to th challenge. I was able to forget it was her. It helps that Salles once again made a masterpiece. I just love that he used the work - the writing - rather than trying to 'interpret' it, movie-making speak for dramatic license.
It's a fantastic movie, very much worthy of the classic Americana pop writing such as it has become.
Don't listen to the downers.

She doesn't ruin what she's in, you just don't like what she's in. She doesn't perform worse in the Twilight films than she does in, say, Panic Room or The Runaways (Adventureland is my favourite of hers). Despite actually liking the Twilight films anyway, I think it's pretty clear she doesn't suck as an actor. The trick is whether or not you believe her and I ALWAYS believe her, more so than way too many other actors getting easier time from you guys. I think she's proven she's up top with the best of them several films back and only the directors casting her in all of the great films we keep seeing her in (outside of the Twilight saga ... if that best illustrates my point) seem to realise this.

Haha, YES. It's a bit of a downhill to the movie...She acted, like a new age hoe. No sense of a different lifetime! She's only worth a Twilight. PLEASE, no more, not in a good movies! Who's her daddy, who's her mommy?! How she's in movies at all?

I am not a big Kristen Stewart fan myself but I thought her performance in this was pretty good. It wasn't anything special but definitely more tolerable than her other roles.

I tin Kirten dunst is beautiful and acts more bteer than her.
