Dear fellow, I am interested in the subject of profiling and forensics, and I loved this movie too. I can't think of any movie like this, but I guess you might love some psychological thrillers such as "The spiral staircase" by director Robert Siodmak, "What ever happened to Baby Jane?" by Robert Aldrich, and "Witness for the prosecution" by Billy Wilder, from a play by Agatha Christie. The structure of this movie reminded me of another masterpiece by Agatha Christie "...And then there were none", you absolutely must read it. I also can recommend you some unmissable books, written by the world-renowned most famous profiler ever, John Douglas: "Mindhunter", "Journey into darkness", "Obsession", "The anatomy of motive", and my favourite "The cases that haunt us".
