What is the point of this movie?! To show some idiotic people constantly speaking words like sh**t or *beep* There is no art of making this movie, also acting is awful! Who agrees with me?

I can't argue the fact that this film was kind of pointless, but I also have to admit that it held my attention and actually made me lauggh every now and then. Does a film always have to have "a point"?
shareI'm from Serbia and in my country only 10 films are shot per year. In USA you make a lot of films and they are being extremly stupid and pointless. This film is the worst movie I ever seen and I hope I won't watch bad movies like this one ever again.

shareHmm a European making a point on a film steeped in afro American culture....which isn't taking itself seriously and above all else was made for an audience who are open minded to light comedy that's based on an element of American culture. You ( Istokos ) were very offended at a comment made about your country and its links with the USSR and also a hint that it isn't developed .....so in the same context people who appreciate this film, rubbish or not....are slightly annoyed for a Serb who lets face it is hardly surrounded by Afro American culture ... to make comment on a film that at the end of the day isn't aimed at people who have no interest or knowledge of an 'element of street culture and its humour. And for the record this movie wasn't the best comedy ever but it had its moments ......and it did what was made for ... to entertain.....it wasn't a ****** oscar candidate or a thought provoker......just popcorn fodder.....
Oh and just a point ....when was the last time Serbia contributed to the entertainment industry internationaly anything in the form of music or films ......that would let us know about this country that you are so proud of......dont worry I will wait .......
I have never said my coutry is better in film culture than America, but we had our moments, in MTV Europe Music Awards, our singer won a prise, in sitcom festival, our show won third, and actress from the show second place. And one our film won a 1st place at one European film festival. That was only in 2006.I don't say that Serbian films are good, but I just wanted to say that the friday after next is bad.

It is a terrible film. Also no one can really trust the opinions of people on the Friday After Next board bcause they all seem like (with the exception of some people of course) 13 year olds who all try to act "gangster", which they fail horribly at.

i guess, sadly, i think this movie is f-ing hilarious. i am kind of a movie nazi, a am very particular (unless you're talking about comedies) and i love this movie. bad acting? yes. bad plot? of course. but if you don't think some of the material in the movie is funny then you are either boring, not from the US, or just a prude. simply put. im not saying the movie should be considered good, but i cant believe that people would not find any humor in it and take it so seriously.
