Is this the greatest movie ever about Madonna being stuck on an island? I can't think of any better.

I know you’re being facetious because of Madonna. But all kidding aside, Lina Wertmüller‘s Swept Away. The original 1974 movie was great.

Haven't seen it, but hear it's good. I saw her movie "Seven Beauties" though.
