Legacy: I hated it. It's the only horrible season. 6 is mediocre but it's entertaining at least and Abu Fayed was a great villain. Legacy is trash.
I'd have to watch 1-8 in order so I could appreciate how Jack's experiences affect the character's choices. I'd skip the others.
If I only had time for three days, it would be 1,4, and 5.

Regarding Legacy, I suppose it's okay if you want to see a certain familiar face return, if only for a few eps. There's some tension here and there, but it's missing the key element and that is Jack Bauer.
