Leon is the best thing to happen to curb

The show was already great but the addition of Leon brought it to levels I had never imagined.

He and Larry had the greatest chemistry! I don't think I had seen J.B. Smoove in anything before, but he was hilarious! I liked the way he would reword things that Larry said all the time, and make them even funnier. They were a great team.

Do you think J.B. contributed to the writing at all? Everything he said just sounded so natural coming out of his mouth.

reply

He was an SNL writer, and Curb was largely improv, so JB def created a lot of great lines on the fly.

I'm better than you.

reply

All his lines seemed to be the same. Very much a one-note character.

You were tuning him out.

I'm better than you.

How am I gonna f*** bi*** on a twin bed, Larry ?!

I've hated that guy ever since he passed being funny after like the 3 minute mark ... he is ugly, stupid, foul-mouthed, and boring. I cannot wait for him to get off the screen. Why did they make this guy a regular ... probably because Larry David is too cheap and wanted to find someone who would work for nothing.
