shareI saw it today (June 23) flying back from Switzerland on Continental. A good time-passer, but Paul Bettany phoned his performance in--not his usual excellence.
shareI saw it several months ago at the Angelika in Dallas. I really loved the cinematography and the moments when it would suddenly cut to Dafoe (SP?) stretching and standing on his head and such. There seemed to be such aesthetic quality to those scenes. Of course, Paul Bettany is amazing. He's always such a stand out actor. I must admit when I first saw A Beautiful Mind and Master and Commander, I wasn't really aware of who he was, but I was struck by his performance each time. I saw A Knight's Tale a few days after the Reckoning, and I must say, he carried that film!
