When mike is walking through the hotel to execute connor and finally finds him in the bath i wonder if he actually sees mike because we never see his face. Mike waits a few seconds before shooting so i think he wanted connor to know he was gonna die

When Hanks was going to the room, the door was open, with Nitti's men standing outside. So I think Daniel Craig knew he was about to die. He chose the bathtub to be comfortable in the moments before. Bathtubs also make it easier for people to clean the blood after the killing.
