I wouldn't think so ... Hogan will be 74 years old next month, unless he acts in a wheelchair ... and sadly Kozlowski's lovely butt is now the size of Texas ... they have hung Dundee's bullwhip up for good.
Now that CGI is up to it will somebody PLEASE make a movie of Larry Niven's Ringworld

shareHogan and his wife got a divorce last year, and he was very keen to retain the rights to the Crocodile Dundee character, and ultimately did. That tells me he has plans for it. A Crocodile Dundee and Son kind of thing maybe? With the Sue character (played by his Ex) having "died" since part III.
I could also see him getting funding for a Crocodile Dundee in China from the Chinese government, assuming he were willing to sell out his principles and go along with whatever they say re: the image of China he presents.

Paul Hogan admitted in his book that he should have never of made Crocodile Dundee in Los Angeles. It was a mistake. So to answer your question. No.
shareHogan is like 83 now, and the one who really made the movie was Koslowski ... she was gorgeous, but she's aged too. They were married and divorced. So nope.
