And what is up with these terrible actors, they all Suck!

Dylan and Cole laugh at everything "funny" thing they say

Miley Cyrus exaggerates way too much and Lily does too, even though thats how her character is.

Brenda Song is not funny! She is just stupid.

Honestly everyone can act on Raven to me.

Only 2% of High School Musical actors act good.

And what is up with these gay movies? High School Musical one and two? Cheetah Girls? Wendy Wu? I mean, What the flip?

I just want to sue Disney Channel for terrible directors, actors, writers, producers and imagination, and music!

What happened to the good old days?

I TOTALLY agree! I grew up with old Disney, and I don't watch it anymore, unless Even Stevens or another older show is on.

I got disney channel on cable in 2004 and i'm kinda sad because I apparently missed all of the good shows and movies.

This is a really sad & sore subject for me.
I hate this Disney Channel soooo much, I'm like crying lol.
I miss Disney in the 90's maaaaan.
So many great shows with GOOD ACTING!
"So Weird", anyone?!
"The Famous Jett Jackson"?
"The Jersey"?
"BUG JUICE"?! (That awesome reality show about those kids

They don't even bother to air
anyyyyyy of those shows re-runs!

very true. i used to watch it when even stevens or boy meets world (well, it's on, in the afternoon) but now i just watch something else.

If you think that stuff was good, I remember the really old Disney channel. I watched stuff like Kids Incorporated, MMC, and various other stuff. They also did not make as many made for tv movies, and showed more theater released movies. They also showed Fraggle Rock, Dinosaurs, and Under the Umbrella Tree. Now those were the good old days of Disney.

Are you talking to me? That was never on when I watched. Pretty much the 1980's through like 1995 were awesome. Oh yeah, I also forgot about another great show from the early 1990's that was awesome. Adventures in Wonderland, but I don't know if anyone else here would know that show.

the shows that come on disney are now a lot of fluff.

the reason i know what the shows are like on disney channel, is because my sister watches them in the main room in the house.

i miss the old nickelodeon as well...*hums rugrats theme song* they should have never made rugrats: all grown up.

I loved Dinosaurs! That was on when I was in like Kindergarten I think. And they used to play the classic Mickey Mouse cartoons in the morning, and I'd watch those everyday before I went to school. I also liked some of the little kid shows like Bear in the Big Blue House. I stopped watching the Disney Channel when they started showing cartoons like Kim Possible.

Agreed. The really old disney channel was sooo much better. From like the late '80a til about 2002 or so was when they had the best programs and showed more teen-related movies, like Suzie Q and Wish Upon A Star...

Old Disney rocked. Kids Incorporated was the best show with Fergie as a little girl, she was goofy looking, and especially Ryan Lambert who played the coolest bad kid in penny loafers Rudy in The Monster Squad. They also had Pooh's corner, and the claymation hands putting together the Mickey Mouse logo. But I do love Even Stevens, Boy Meets World and those other shows that came on ABC after Disney bought it are all time favorites.

Oh yeah I remember the really old Disney channel, or as it was named offically back then "The Disney Channel" Disney had alot of great shows, and they didn't always end after 2 or 3 seasons because of some retarded show limit rule. Disney started to go downhill when it becaame a basic channel, but was still good at first. Now all the shows suck (and before someones asks why I watch this channel now if I was watching in the 80's, it because I have a kid now, and kids rule the tv).

Doubtful. Back in the day Disney aired old Disney programs and movies, later to be renamed vault Disney. However a few years ago they decided it would be cheaper, and bring in basically the same ratings to just reair the stuff they show during the daytime.

yeah it was good in 2004 I liked Phil of the Future and shows like that, idk what they were thinking in 2006 though..... They did good with Suite life in 2005, but Hannah Montana? what the heck?

I totally agree. Old school Disney ROCKED! It actually had messages, REAL acting (not just lame one liners), and meaningful movies.

New Disney is brainwashing the newer generation. They'll never understand how awesome old school Disney was. We may never see another (worthwhile) legacy again.

Suzie Q was a good movie but it made me permanently terrified of bridges.

Jett Jackson was a great show! Johnny Tsunami was good the first 25 times then it got kind of annoying how they showed it so much. Now I WISH they showed it more!

I agree with everything the first poster said. Everyone on the suite life boards and the hannah boards are brainwashed. If you mention anything bad about those shows, you will get bashed to death. I think the only decent new disney shows are That's so Raven and Life with Derek. Well That's so Raven isnt that new anyways its really old. Life with Derek is decent but I would expect that from a Canadian show. I really miss old Disney....Sister Sister was the best show ever. Same with Boy Meets World, Smart Guy and so much more. I miss it so much.

Yeah, all of these new shows are HORRIBLE.
ALL OF THEM.

There is not one show that I would make an exception for.
The kids are annyoing as anything.

I want to punch Dylan & Cole in both of their faces, ugly little twerps.

Those god awful laugh tracks....Every 2 seconds, mind you!
It is the worst! If you really just sit their and pay attention to the laugh track, IT GET'S ANNOYING. They put it on for the most unfunniest crap too!

Like, say one of the twins got something thrown at him and hit his no-no spot, they say somthing corny like "OUCH! THAT'S GOTTA HURT!" or "OOH. THAT'S GONNA LEAVE A MARK!" lol.

I mean, come on!

All of the shows from the mid to late 90's, never had annoying kids or characters, or at least none that are as bad as today! I don't recall hearing laugh tracks as much either.

IMO, I think shows without laugh tracks are much more enjoyable because you can chuckel at you lesiure. You don't have to laugh because "All those other people are laughing" You know what I mean? You don't get distracted as much when there aren't fake laughs every god damned second!

Sorry I went on a rant there lol. Disney Channel gets on my nerves.
I, along with all the rest of you miss Even Stevens along with So Weird, The Famous Jett Jackson, Bug Juice and so on.

Maybe one day, Disney will smarten up and do somthing about how suckish it is now.

Totally horrible shows, I hate TSLOZ&C. Soooooo not funny at all!! TSLOZ&C=LAME. The worst parts gotta be London and Arwin.
And yeah, I like better "That's so Raven" than anything from Disney nowadays.

And what's the most stupid thing is that TSLOZ&C has a higher score and more votes in www.tv.com, and more fans! What's up with that?! When I come here everybody trashes that show, deservedly, and praise Even Stevens!

I wouldn't exactly say I hate the New Disney Channel (mainly b/c I still watch it from time to time), but I definitely agree that it pales in comparison to Old Disney/Zoog. I think New Disney started with That's So Raven, and just about every show since then has used a laugh track (Phil of the Future being the exception, and that got canceled early). I think the laugh track, and that train of writing is what makes New Disney so bad. The plots are pretty blah and repetitive and now all the dialogue seems to just be a set-up for a lame joke.

Yep...that's why I migrated over to Nickelodeon to watch "Drake and Josh". At least they still play the D&J repeats unlike Disney who for some reason find it hard to replay any "Even Stevens" or any of the GOOD Disney Channel movies. Motocrossed, anyone? Johnny Tsunami? Dudes, I even liked Halloweentown, but I'm not actually sure if that's a Disney Channel movie.

Well, I'm on the fence.

I love the New Disney Channel, but maybe that's because I'm only 14 and can't remember half the shows from the 90s *i.e.- The Famous Jett Jackson?

But, I do remember shows like Even Stevens, Lizzie McGuire, etc. and I wish they would replay them. I used to be obsessed with Lizzie McGuire but they stopped playing it. And Even Stevens, I miss it so much.

Also, I miss the old Disney Movies like Halloweentown *which they only play around Halloween*, Motorcrossed, Right on Track

So, I agree. I've always wished I could watch The Disney Channel shows...Walt must be spinning in his grave.

I'm sinking into the lava and I can't keep from going under...
