Edward furlog was not kicked out of terminater 3 because he was on drugs. he was kicked off terminator 3 because he was drinking to much. who ever started the rumor that he was on drugs is an idiot. Edward furlong even said himself that it was not a drug problem he had it was a DRINKING problem. and yes he did go to rehab but he went for alcaholism not drug addiction as a matter of fact he even checked himself in so people need to shut up about this drug addiction thing because it is really bugging me.

It's pretty sad that in this day and age, with all that is known about addiction
and/or substance abuse, that most people still seperate alcohol from ALL other "drugs". Alcohol is probably the worst substance when abused (or if alcoholism is a factor). It is a central nervous system depressant, similar to barbituates. It can be physically addictive and withdrawl symptoms (also known as "the DT's" or Delerium Tremors), can lead to hallucinations, convulsions, and death. I saw a good friend go through them strapped to a hospital bed for 3 weeks, he didn't even know who I was or where he was. Pretty sad. Don't get me wrong I am not down on alcohol. I just believe that all intoxicants should be viewed seperately, not lumped in one, or two categorys. Marijuana does not belong in the same catagory as Heroin, nor should alcohol be seperated just because it is legal and socially acceptable. Don't even get me started on what alcohol can do to your body when abused...one word: cirrosis.
If Furlong has a problem with a "substance" I hope he gets well.

Alcohol is definetly a drug, but it is a social accepted drug.

Think about it: someone who uses crack is a fiend, while someone who drinks a few glasses is the man...weird. Of course, the effects of a few glasses of alcohol are mostly positive: a state of euphoria and an increase in social behavior.

Actually, here in Holland next to alcohol marihuana is also an accepted drug.

Anyway, stay clean. It is the only way to be the real you (no matter how sucky that one is).

It is Delirium Tremens as you stated, but it derives from Latin and literally means "trembling delirium"

so the person you corrected was right too.

Delirium Tremens is a also brand of Belgian Golden beer. It was named as "Best Beer in the World" in 1998 at the World Beer Champioships in Chicago

dont critisize all drugs for being bad, acid or mushrooms can save peoples lives, or bring them to a much better state of being. So if someone is doing drugs, just let them do what they want. Mind your own buisseness, dont call them stupid or think of them of less cause they like to have fun.
stay away from american drugs though!

quite how can acid and mushrooms save peoples lives. you can have fun without putting that rubbish into your system.
also, i dont think anyone was callin them stupid, but personally, if someone does need to do that to have fun, i DO think less of them.
dont kno abt mushrooms, but acid ruins your head in so many ways.

in reguards to LSD and mushies:

people are born with perfect essence from day one. meaning that they can be happy, carefree, and have fun WITHOUT drugs.

unfortunately in this day and age, parents treat their kids like *beep* and tell them they CAN'T do this or they CAN'T do that.
well this is a lie my friends, one that inflicts fear. and we all know that fear is the one thing that holds us back.

SOLUTION: on LSD and mushrooms, THERE IS NO CAN'T. do them a few times, or even once, and it can rearrange your brain chemicals and take away the FEAR and HOLES that are inflicted on us since day one.
