The Holiday Special isn't as bad as its made out to be. All it needs are subtitles for the Wookies at the beginning. I found it pretty entertaining as variety shows were very popular in the 70s.
shareWell, it is a musical, or at least a 70’s style variety show, and kind of fun in a spaced out sort of way, so I vote for holiday special.
shareI don't think the people who made either of them really cared all that much about Star Wars.
We do get to hear Leia sing in this one, though, and there's that Boba Fett cartoon.
Hard to choose!
"The Last Jedi" actually had some stuff I like in it, but the Holiday Special offers more laughs!
