Why was she so 'popular'? I mean, she didn't seem that popular throughout the movie. She seems to have just 2 friends plus Odin, and I can't see why all guys would 'want' her. For starters shes flat chested and her face is always screwed up. lol just thought that should be known.

LOL!, She's hot, wtf's wrong with that? She's hot because, some people don't have to be drop dead gorgeous, thought, I have no problem with a drop dead gorgeous woman near me. I like big breasts and small ones, I don't see where it's bad either way. Breasts are breasts and they are the best, but, Julia's got nice legs and lips. I agree with corban_rushworth, that's why I like her, too. Something about her is attractive, probably the regular girl thing, you know, how she was in The 60's, Save the Last Dance, and even in the Bourne movies, I can't explain it.
But, LOL, dsdancan1234, that's true, but, it's not much of a trend, she was just in two movies with black leading men. Mekhi Phifer in O and Sean Patrick Thomas in Save the Last Dance, there were a lot of interracial romances in movies at that time, Tom Cruise & Thandie Newton in Mission: Impossible 2 is one.

Yeh I never liked her either. She's not very exctiting and she always seems to have the same "squinted" look on her face (which I also think looks like the face of a chubby cat). I never pictured her as Desdimona. I always pictured Desdimona as being more exoticly beautiful.
