wahts the P31?

i know the P40 is a .40 SW pistol but i've never heard of the P31

I think it's just made up to show that Miles didn't know anything about what he was doing. P-31 is probably some made up policy or piece of equipment. What the P31 is isn't as important as Miles not knowing what it is.

They are radios. P40 also happens to be the model of a gun, but the p31 and p40 they are speaking of are radios
