This sentence itself begs for questioning,say,dear tbots,HOW can one possibly HATE someone they never met before?Is it coze you got tired of CERTAIN things and you figured LETS CREATE this board and talk ABT hating KEANU REEVES knowing you will get alot of attention from HIS FANS or HATERS lol..Besides if someone doesnt share same views as YOU,doesnt mean you call them names or PUT THEM DOWN,learn to appreciate different views:)...
It's lucky that you put so many capital letters in your post. Otherwise, it would not have been nearly as effective in conveying your points. You can't hate someone you never met before? I hate Adolf Hitler, but have I met him? Nope. Obviously the comparison between Keanu and Adolf Hitler is a joke, but still, you know what I'm saying.

Tbots,I dont know what you saying,deary,I fail to understand your comments,probably,if you used more capital letters,I could understand it?Point is,to hate someone you need darn good reason for it,simply coze you find some actor not good in what he does,doesnt give you any reason to go: OOOOOH I HATE HIM,bla bla bla..And let me use my CAPITAL LETTERS: I AM NOT HERE FOR FIGHTS,learn to appreciate those who differ from your own openions :)

Keanu has a very different body language and style from anyone else, not just as an actor, but even as a person. It's an odd style that tends to distract one, but there's something very believable about him. His eyes show you that the guy can act. The 3-4 scenes with Diane Lane are terrific. I can think of a lot of actors who would do too much - do something too self-conscious. Keanu really gets into it and the chemistry with Diane Lane can be cut with a knife - it's so palpably believable. It's interesting how actors like this are so often under-rated. They hold their own with the greats, but always get short-changed by the critics. Loved him in "The Replacements" - the scene where Gene Hackman tells him he's no longer needed in the team. That's invisible but very fine acting.
