Ironic thing about Arthur...
In the first book, Arthur looked MUCH different.

He had this long nose like a real Aardvark. Everyone in his school teased him for it. The message of the story was that he had to learn to like who he was and ignore people who teased him for it.
Over the years, they slowly beautified Arthur's looks until he was no longer recognizable and satisfied the "cute" image. This made the message of Arthur's first book into a total lie.
