Most rewatchable film?

In my opinion this is the most watchable film of all time I thinki have seen this over 50 times I have literally grown up around it, the extended cuts especially worth watching over again and each time I notice something new. Although I don't know which one I prefer...

I have watched the movie a lot of times indeed

Cool.

For me personally, FOTR is the most rewatchable. I couldn't even tell you how many times I've watched that film because I've lost count.

I cannot resist watching all of these and the Hobbit saga whenever they are on, no matter that I own all of them. Right now I have to cede the TV (the Return of the King is on) to my sister for an hour so she can watch the UGH! news. I prefer not to watch it on the weekend; it is just a rehash of everything we heard on Friday, and I am sick of the political dreck.

I could be a morning person if morning happened at noon.

LOTR is easily the greatest movie trilogy ever made and far surpasses Star Wars. The Hobbit trilogy however was mildy entertaining and has somewhat ruined the legacy LOTR left, very sad to see. I'm glad Viggo Mortenson turned down a cameo.

I agree completely and i feel the star wars films are over rated a little bit but still great. i would give the trilogy a 10/10 each time simply amazing. but i get what you mean i like to pretend that the hobbit trilogy isn't real. and that it was just a very mediocre dream.

The first two are the most rewatchable. This one is not that far behind, because eventually you still have to watch it after FOTR and TTT. Lol...

It is one of the most watchable films for me. And in my case, I prefer the standard version. I've lost count of how many times I have seen it.

Yeah it's crazy. I usually don't rewatch movies all that often. Only movies I do is LOTR trilogy and Constantine.

But I do skip over all the gollum scenes. I find those rather annoying.

reply

I've rewatched the trilogy (EE) a huge number of times; not quite so much now and I find myself zapping through a lot more than I did 10 years ago. I almost always zap through the Arwen scenes after FotR until the wedding.

reply

Haha well I don't skip the Arwen scenes but it does get a lot less exciting. But she is mesmerizingly beautiful to me.
