The Three Wise Men. Jake tells them to *beep* off.

It can be seen as they talk in the deleted alternate ending scene.

You can find all the deleted scenes on youtube. As stated, the three wise men come. They basically say Alonso didn't make his appointment, and they ask about the money. Jake says the money is already at the evidence room at police HQ. He then tells them to leave him the hell alone. The three wise men look downcast and drive away.
