like if they re-did it with american actors
I like Run Lola Run exactly as it is, but if it were to be remade ala Hollywood, as the cream of all foreign films are (or so it seems), my choice of actors would be Samantha Morton and Cillian Murphy, neither of whom is American, I know, but I honestly can't think of any US actors who'd be even remotely suitable.
Franka Potente is fantastic, and absolutely perfect as Lola, and the actor who plays her boyfriend is very good too.

kinda reminds me of her in the 5th element

As hypothetical as this question is it still sends shivers down my spine. It also horrifies me that anyone would feel the need to formulate such a scenario.
