In the 3rd scenario, Mannie didn't have the full 100,000

Okay, we know for a fact that the tramp bought himself some nice clothes, food aswell as a bike. It's pretty likely therefore, that he bought some other things with the money aswell.

THEREFORE, there is no way that Mannie gave the dealer the full 100,000, unless he made up the difference himself, but this is unlikely since he didn't have any of his own money.

has everyone in this thread completely forgotten that as well as the almost 100k that he had back, lola also gained money from the casino?

yeah, but lola didn't tell him about it until the deal was done (or maybe she never did, we don't find out)

I doubt the bum would've got far. They sometimes turn bums away from department stores. He likely bought food, firstly.

I don't think the crime boss would mind £99K.

The boss probably WILL notice eventually and be mad at Manni. Fortunately Lola can loan him some cash to make it up.

Maybe he told him he had to pay for a taxi because Lola hadn't shown up and later paid him back with interest.
