Is this a female empowering film?
Do you think that Lola is an empowered female, or Feminist role? A lot could be said for taking matters into her own hands. What does anybody think?

Maybe a bit, she is empowered in the sense that she is proactive and decides to do something about the situation she finds herself in, but I'm not really sure that's go all that much to do with her gender, specifically.
Really enjoyed it, though.
