Does this movie have plot holes in your opinion?

Or say similar holes in the logic of the story, based on what you saw? Like for instance, how nobody heard nearby in that neighbourhood all the shootings, screaming and acts of violence nearby even when cops arrived to the wrong (or "Wong", haha) house, how SPOILERS Thomas Jane's character put all those dead bodies in standard black rubbish bin bags and nobody suspected anything and nothing was traced back to him, and would a cop no matter how corrupt, played by Mickey Rourke, really carry a severed head with him like that and no one notice or stop him etc?

Or how did Dallas even at gunpoint manage to tie Casey up, we don't see her knock him out although, well... Maybe its implied that she hit him with a gun and he got briefly knocked out?
