reply

One that hasn't been mentioned yet but I kinda like,

(Glen punches Robbie outside the bar)
GLEN: "Why don't you write a song about this? You can call it - "I got punched in the nose, for sticking my face into somebody else's business"!

OLD MAN: "Sounds like a country song!"

Or something like that...

Great movie

reply

I was hoping somebody would mention this one. It is the little dance that Glenn does that cracks me up

It's a small world when you've got unbelievable tits Roy

reply

That is my favorite quote too...

YOU MADE ME PLAY SECOND BASE!

1- Robbie puts the hands of that girl on his butt!
2- Robbie sings his latest song 4 Julia, especially when he says" BUT IT WAS ALL *beep* IT WAS A GODDAMN JOKE! AND WHEN I THINK OF U LINDA, I HOPE U F*IN CHOKE!
3- Robbie sings in the airplane and comes in from behind the curtain! that makes me cry always out of joy!
4- I'll Miss ya, Kiss ya give ya my coat when ur cold.... Neeed ya, Feed ya, even let u hold the remote control!

One of my favorite quotes is after Glen punches Robby, then says "Hey why don't you write a song about this...you can call it, "I got punched in the nose for sticking my face into other people's buisness!"

It makes me laugh everytime I watch The Wedding Singer now, just because this band called Boys Night Out actually made a song called "I Got Punched In The Nose For Sticking My Face Into Other People's Buisness".

gleen on the bar saying :grade A top choice meat! ,and jon lovitz when he finishes performing: I'm jimmy moore and thats not a sock in my pants.

reply

So many lines were hilarious in this show, but i'm reminded of one suddenly.

This part

Robbie: No, I don't drink
Glenn: Well I do, how about an "Alabama Slammer"?
Glenn's buddy: Sounds like a plan.
Robbie: Yeah, go ahead, have a few drinks and, you know, drive home.

reply

My favorite line was right before he sings "love stinks" (i think that was the one...) and the guy is yelling at him, adam says "sir, one more outburst from you and i will strangle you with this microphone cord, do you understand me?"

reply

I know it might not be that funny of a scene but I like the part at the beinging when they are at the first wedding and "george" gets booed
and one of the guys you can hear screaming "you suuuuuck" I dont know why but I find it soo damn funny...just the way it was screamed
makes me laugh everytime I see the movie..

"If you don't like me then kiss my arse"

also the part when Jon Lovitz goes: "He's losing his mind! And I'm reaping all the benefits...." and closes the curtain really slowly.

:D~

"Are you suggesting coconuts migrate?"

reply

I love the scene where Robbie is dumped at the wedding and George is sobbing and biting his fist and saying 'Oh God'. Makes me chuckle.

reply

"Once again something that could have been brought to my attention yesterday"

When Glen punches Robbie outside the bar on his Stag night and says "You could write a song about this and call it I got punched in the nose for getting involed in other peoples business" (or something similar). But then the tramp cracks me up when he says " SOUNDS LIKE A COUNTRY SONG". LMAO

"You've got red on you" Shaun of the dead

"one of our first class passengers would like to sing you a song inspired by one of our coach passengers. and since we let our first class passengers do pretty much whatever they want.. here he is"

robbie is soo cute in this scene.. makes me cry! really cute song too if you listen to the lyrics properly! love the entire movie, so many good bits, this would have to be one of my fave bits tho

It's called a CD player. It cost me, like, seven hundred bucks,
but the sound quality's outstanding.

# And when she gets excited, my little China girl, she says "O baby, just you shut your mouth!" #

Glen: ...hahaha, shut your mouth, yeah we all know the words...

-----------------------------------

The whole best man "speech"

-----------------------------------

"I can't spend my whole live teaching people how to sing, and getting paid in meatballs"

-----------------------------------

Robbie sings Love Stinks and says "I hate you" to the bride

------------------------------------

The song Robbie wrote, especially "I stay in bed all day long feeling melancholy" and "But it was BS, it was a GD joke, and when I think of you, Linda, I hope you F'in choke" lol

------------------------------------

Ultimately, and for my own reasons: "I just want to warn you that when I wrote this song I was listening to The Cure a lot" :-D <3

I love this movie. Especially the ending on the plane with Billy Idol. My favorite line from that part was "See, Billy Idol gets it, I don't know why she doesn't."

heheheehe great movie.

reply

The best part has to be on the plane when Robbie sings to Julia. I also liked the scene at the Bar Mitzvah and I crack up at when the old guy said "I'd like to more than dance with her.", as well as "Hey, Linda. You're a bitch!".

"It's like that, and that's the way it is"-RUN DMC

reply

steve buscemi, all the parts in the movie are awesome. "Harold would never Beat up his landlord!"

reply

I love the engagement party scene where Sammy gets busted for wanting to "give it to" Julia. The first time I saw this movie, I really didn't expect to later find out (in the bar scene) what a sweety Sammy really is. One of my favorite movies ever!

Robbie's song or the part where he sings "Love Stinks". Gotta love J. Geils.
