The entire scene from Catzilla, then Caesar and the gas scene (!OMG great) and the bug bomb, the ending as well, the funniest was Caesar saying: "What's that?! HORSE! Feed it! I won't eat it!"

Definitely has to be:

"HORSE?! FIENDISH! I WON'T EAT IT!!"

It's so subtle I bet some people miss it, but when Caesar has come to rest outside and the mouse runs over his face, and pauses just long enough to crap on his lip.
