Does anyone know of any similar movies like The Game, a mysterious psychology drama?
Two that i have watched are Enemy (2013) and Eyes Wide Shut. Although Enemy has its flaws, the biggest being it was rushed and finished way too early it still kept me in suspense throughout the movie. If you know of any similar movies please list below. Thanks :)

Yes, good suggestion. The original called Open Your Eyes was better IMHO.

The Spanish Prisoner and House of Games

I haven't seen House of Games, but the title sounds intriguing. The Spanish Prisoner is great. You've never seen Steve Martin like that before or since.

Definitely "Dark City" (sci-fi neo-noir, but you'll find some similarities), and the Argentinean "Nueve Reinas".

The Truman Show, though it's better, less self-important, and more light-hearted than The Game.

bluffmaster (2005) which is copy of Criminal (2004).

I know it isn't as good as "The Game" but the movie "Nerve" is pretty good. Same tense feeling. Same dangerous games.

Fear, Inc. (2016) is very similar. It's so similar, in fact, that you're likely to be disappointed.

Sleuth original version is about as close as it gets to this film.
