The Devil's Advocate, written by Andrew Niedermann and published in 1990, and how is it, by itself or compared to this movie, thanks.

It's more complicated than the movie. And the devil takes a more controlling hand in the firm. I don't want to spoil by revealing too much.

Actually, you CAN, if you WANT to, just don't forget to put a SPOILER warning. Hint - I am, myself, NOT much of a book reader anyway.

I did, and it's pretty disappointing. It's not written well at all, you don't get to see anything of Satan's superpowers nor do you see his quest for the Antichrist, his son. It's completely different, including the ending.
