The ending, my god...

What an incredible movie up until the ending. It felt real, a unique atmosphere and plot, good acting, and it was very suspenseful.

The ending seemed like it was directed by Michael Bay. Huge explosions, car chases, and elaborate death scenes. It really deflates the build up that the rest of the movie created.

Except for the overkill at the very end I thought it was a great climactic chase.

I disagree, things fell apart for the kidnappers so all hell was breaking loose. The ending was perfect for this movie, they beat them and the main bad guy having what happened to him happen was great. Totally satisfied. I think the best part about the ending is what she does to help the truck fall. The whole movie is great and underrated.

I disagree. I thought the ending was superb with all three of them trying to knock him off the road. Extremely tense. Loved this movie since it came out in the theatre. Probably my favourite Kurt Russell film to date, right next to The Thing.
