A joke I didn't get as a kid

Horrible people in this world. The correct answer would be:

"Well, Timmy, when a man and woman have sexual intercourse, at the climax of the act, the man ejaculates his sperm - or seed - into the woman's womb. This is how babies are started, the sperm has to be fertilized by the woman's 'egg', of course, and a woman's period blood is basically discarded eggs that were not fertilized. This climax is called 'an orgasm', or colloquially, "coming" or "cumming". Female orgasm is not necessary for the fertilization of the egg, but it can be an enjoyable experience for the woman.

This joke plays on the double meaning of the word 'come', which the original James Bond-movie, 'You Only Live Twice' was sloppy enough to not realize.

So when Austin says 'Or sometimes not at all', he is changing the meaning of the word 'come' to its sexual meaning, and now the 'women come second' refers to women having their orgasm after men, which doesn't really make sense, because it's impossible for a man to continue copulation after climaxing, and he psychologically also loses all interest in any sexual activity after the ejaculation.

Basically, Austin Powers just doesn't make sense in this scene."
