'Random Task' is looking for pen pals while in prison :)

LOL I couldnt believe this when I saw it! This guy actually has a prison pen pal ad! Have a look: http://RandomTask.prisonfaces.com/ Didnt he like kill his room mate or something?

reply

the guy brutally raped and tortured a women almost to death and then killed his room mate. The only reason why he wasn't executed was because the woman he raped was too ill to testify. i would actually prefer seen him edited out of future releases of the film for all the horrific things he has done. its actually pretty sickening reading that.

Incorrect.

She did testify and he was not convicted of the rape because by the time he was arrested the statue of limitations on rape had expired. He was convicted of torture and then later murdered his cellmate. He is serving a life sentence.

No. This is just like editing the World Trade Center towers out of movies. It makes no sense. I understand he did terrible things, but the filmmakers didn't know about the things he did at the time. Not only is editing him out of the movie stupid but it's censorship. That's like saying we better edit O.J. Simpson out of the Naked Gun movies.

he was serving life sentence for torture when he murdered his cell mate so he was givin another life sentence if you get another life sentence on top serving another life sentence thats the the death penalty. Though in order for it to happen she would of had to go to court again which she didnt want to do as she was not well and didnt want to go through it all again.

um no this isnt a building. this is a person who stared in a movie had a great time and got enjoyed success when he should of been locked up in prison. I dont think the women who was raped and tortured would think it would of been stupid. part was small , there have been tv reality shows like survivor where its came to light that a contestant was found to be have a criminal or under investigations so they have been edited out of shows like that before airing.

Have you ever heard of people getting multiple life sentences? One life sentence and then another is not an automatic death penalty. Why would she have to testify again for something that had nothing to do with her. He got the life sentence for the torture of her, she wasn't involved in the murder of his cellmate.

they have been edited out of shows like that before airing.

There's your key words "before airing". Had the filmmakers known about it before the film was released you better believe they would have edited him out or reshot the scenes with a different actor. Nobody knew about what he did for over 10 years after the movie came out. The studio isn't going to waste the money to back and edit a film that is almost 20 years old to make 1 person happy. I'm not defending this man whatsoever, what he did was horrible and he deserves every horrible thing that happens to him, but if it really upsets you then don't watch the movie. Hardly anybody even knows about this especially people who are watching the movie for the first time. I just heard about this about a year or two ago.

Criminal laws vary from state to state. In this case, California has a law where, if you're already serving a life sentence and you commit murder, it's supposed to be upgraded to an automatic death penalty sentence.

Hmm.. two life sentences is a bit peculiar; does that mean the moment he's reincarnated, he has to be put in a prison immediately, or he will only be allowed to be incarnated inside a prison and then have to remain there for the whole 'lifetime'?

Otherwise, what's the point of giving two life sentences if the system considers someone to only have one life?

reply

Mostly to prevent the first life sentence from being appealable. Also to acknowledge each of the victims.

Did he kill his cell mate with a shoe?
