Alicia Silverstone or Rachel Blanchard?

Well, I was a child when the movie came out, and still a child when the show aired. I remember watching the show and could tell something was off compared to the movie, but I'm not sure if I figured out that the dad, Cher, and Josh were played by different people. I might have figured it out, though, but I don't remember. However, I looked up the show on youtube today after watching Clueless last night, and I've got to say, first of all, I can't believe I took that movie so seriously. I mean, that movie shaped my outlook on life! haha! Second, the show is LAME! Cher is a completely different person than who she is in the movie. Rachel Blanchard was nice on 7th Heaven, and fooled me as Cher when I was a child, but she just does not compare to Alicia Silverstone's Cher. The show was depressing to watch. It was very fake. The movie is set in real life with real life characters, where as the show was more like a cartoon. They are like two different entities. I pick Alicia.

Than- preference between one or the other.
