Why isn't this masterpiece on DVD yet?

I'm a fan of this film since i first saw it in 1996. I've seen it about 20 times. It's not only by far DiCillos's best film but also Buscemi's best performance ever. So why isn't there a DVD available? His weaker films "Box of Moonlight" and "Real Blonde" have been released...so why not "Living in Oblivion"?

I was not impressed. I hate films when you can tell the actors are acting. Everything is so stiff.
