Where did you cry?

I always cry when Sara is watching her father leave from the window, and tearing up.

Loads of moments. I cry when Sara and her father say goodbye, when she finds out her father is dead, when she draws the circle and calls out to him, when the woman says, "For the princess" and when Sara and her father are reunited.

I bawled like a little baby when Sarah's father comes out in the rain, shouting her name. And then her sobbing into his coat, saying "Don't ever leave me!"

This scene was the first movie scene to ever make me cry and the only scene I ever cried at as a child (before puberty hit, making me cry at practically anything).

No matter how many times I watch this movie I always cry at that part! But then I start cracking up when Becky randomly hugs Sarah's dad as if she's known him her entire life XD

Same here, at that moment I'm like, literally in hysterics. One of the best moments in film history

The scene where Sarah confronts Minchin and yells " I am a princess! All girls are! Didn't your father tell you that?! Well, didn't he!" It gives me chills even thinking about it.

When she says goodbye to her father at the start, when she's telling the young girl about angels, when she draws a circle around herself the first night she spends in the attic, the end....pretty much 80% of the film. I love it though, it's a beautiful film

i always cry when she draws a circle around herself and cries for her father. gets me every time!

When she draws the circle around herself in the attic and curls up in a ball, crying out for her papa.

This is my signature.

reply

When she's being dragged away by the police and she's shouting "Papa please!" and he looks so distressed and says "I'm sorry" (not remembering her).

'I AM a Princess. All girls are! Even if they aren't pretty, or smart, or young. We're still Princesses. ALL of us. Didn't YOUR father ever tell you that? DIDN'T HE??!!'

I get goosebumps.

When her father leaves as she's watching him through the window. When she draws the circle and cried for her papa. When she watches the homeless lady with her children asking if anyone would like to buy a flower. When she talks about the angels. When she cries before seeing her father again. When she finds him and he doesn't remember her. When they're taking her away and her father stops them. Yes, a lot of scenes.
