When I was 11, I somehow managed to get into this PG-13(!) movie, and it was probably the greatest thing I had ever seen. I am about to rewatch it on Netflix online, and I have a sneaking suspicion that it will not live up to my memories. Will report findings later.

I was the same age. PG-13 is open to all audiences. It just means "parents strongly cautioned, some material may be inappropriate for children under 13".
